AIKA is promoted by Anglo Schools International Services (ASIS), an Indo-UK joint venture, with a vision to spread global best practices in the school and higher education space in India. ASIS started operations in UK in 2013 and in India in 2016.
The AIKA venture is driven by our team’s passion for delivering unique solutions for India and the world’s important challenges in sustainability and industry 4.0. AIKA has built a team consisting of successful entrepreneurs, and veterans with industry experience across Private Equity, Senior Management, Education, Marketing and Branding, IT, Start-up Mentorship, Real Estate, Legal etc.
We bring perspectives from a collaborative approach and understand the importance of diversity and team work. Prashant Vales

Prashant, is a serial entrepreneur and has business interests in the sphere of Media, Education, Venture Investing and Social Infrastructure Consulting. His investments are in companies across India, UK and the Middle East under various holding groups. Prashant is focused and passionate about creating social and environment impacts with his business ventures.
Rajeev is a top-notch corporate professional, with over 28 years’ experience. In his corporate role, he was head of strategic planning in Hero Corporate and was responsible for setting up several new businesses for the group. He turned to entrepreneurship with setting up of ASIS India, the Indian arm of Anglo Schools International Services UK, which he heads currently as its Managing Director. Now Rajeev is working to fructify the vision of setting up first of kind “Venture Builder” with AIKA. He is BE from DCE and MBA from FMS Delhi.
David Boddy
Board Member
David, is a noted educationist, and formerly Chairman of the UK Society of Headteachers. He was the also the headmaster of St. James Senior Boys’ School in Ashford, Surrey. A trained journalist and political secretary to the Rt.Hon. Margaret Thatcher. He is the author of the books ‘Mind Your Head' and ‘Mind Their Heads'. David set up Anglo Schools International Services in 2013 to spread best educational practices globally.
Vinay K. Piparsania
Board Member
Vinay heads IIT Delhi’s Endowment Foundations and is responsible for fundraising and alumni outreach. Vinay has been associated with the Ford Motor Company for nearly 20 years, and has directed Ford Global Business Services (GBS), in the Philippines and at Asia Pacific, launching several new auto models. He has over 30 years of leadership experience and is a marketing expert with technical and finance experience. Vinay is a mechanical engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) and an MBA from Tulane University, New Orleans, USA.
Rajeev Kashikar
Director
Rajeev, in his past roles has served as a MD and CEO for two large Investment funds and is currently an Independent Investment Banker and advisor to leading corporates, industry bodies, PSU's, Government, International banks in corporate strategy, corporate finance and risk management. He is a consultant to UNCTAD, Geneva for their energy, structured finance and maritime & logistic divisions. Rajeev is also a visiting professor at Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
Wasif Ali
Director, University Relationships.
Wasif, is a B.Tech and MBA (Finance) with a rich professional experience of over 22 years in the field of business strategy and operations in different industries namely: Automotive, Tyre, Chemicals and Education.
Venu Terdal
Senior Advisor
Venu, is an entrepreneur and has managed a seed fund with different incubation centres promoting entrepreneurs and early-stage start-up ideas. With a background in engineering and business management, he helps early-stage start-ups validate their ideas, design self-sustaining business models, develop go-to-market strategies and in fund raising.
James Harding
Director, University Relationships
James is a former admissions tutor at a leading UK private school and university entrance adviser. Before joining Anglo Schools International Services, he also worked as a film producer in the education sector in the United Kingdom.
Mark Eagers
Program Manager, UK desk
A Cambridge University graduate, and has served as head of department, head of sixth form, Headmaster and Principal of a variety of schools in the UK. He was a Board member of Round Square. He's an expert education consultant.
Anthony Gaskell
Director
Anthony, is an individual with solid experience of shipping, ports and the maritime and logistics industries. He is currently the director of Sentrans Shipping Pvt Ltd, and Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry Goa Logistics Panel. Anthony has worked as a consultant based out of Dubai for 10 years, and was involved with the huge Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone project in Abu Dhabi. Prior to that he has headed various senior corporate roles in a shipping agency, freight forwarding, and charter broking companies. He is an Economics graduate from Cambridge University in the UK.
Victoria Jones
Program Manager, UK desk
Victoria is an award-winning Cambridge University graduate and heads the Academic development Programs at Anglo Schools International Services and has developed the Career and Assessment tests product for the company. Victoria has authored two best-selling books on British boarding schools.
